Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to oversee clinical and operational activities on weekend shifts, ensuring safe, high‑quality, compassionate resident care. You will serve as on‑site clinical leader, support nursing staff, address resident needs, and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited LPN program with an active SC LPN license, prior long‑term care or rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
