Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care. You’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor health, and help coordinate services to meet each resident’s needs.

Join a supportive team, document care accurately, report changes to the RN or Director of Nursing, mentor care staff, and uphold safety policies. Weekend availability is required, and we offer competitive pay and a fast Hiring Process.

Competenze

• Active LPN license in Minnesota.
• Available Saturdays and Sundays.
• Prior senior living experience preferred, not required.

Mansioni

• Give medications and treatments, and monitor residents’ health and well-being.
• Coordinate medical services so residents receive personalized care.
• Document care accurately and report changes in condition to the RN, Director of Nursing, or provider.
• Keep communication open with residents, families, and staff to build trust and support.
• Help train and mentor care staff to improve care practices and resident satisfaction.
• Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
