Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role. You will give medications and treatments, monitor residents’ health, and ensure care plans reflect individual needs with dignity and respect.

You will coordinate services, document care accurately, report changes to the RN or Director, and help train staff to improve practices and resident satisfaction while following all safety policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State of Minnesota is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability every Saturday and Sunday (required).
• Previous experience in senior living is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Give medications and treatments, and keep track of each resident’s health and well-being.
• Coordinate medical services so residents get personalized care that fits their needs.
• Document care accurately and report changes in condition to the RN, Director of Nursing, or provider.
• Keep communication open with residents, families, and staff to build trust and support.
• Help train and mentor care staff to improve care practices and resident satisfaction.
• Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
