Job summary

Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse (LPN or RN) for a 24-hour shift with pay between $35.00 and $40.00 per hour plus shift differentials and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The Baylor Shift offers four days off per week while maintaining full-time earnings.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts (or reciprocity / pending new graduate status).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• All experience levels welcome; weekend schedule preferred; mentorship for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer scheduled medications, insulin, and specialized treatments.
• Perform clean, routine wound care and skin assessments per orders.
• Monitor resident status, record vitals, and report changes promptly.
• Guide assigned CNAs to ensure resident comfort and routines.
• Complete shift charting and EHR documentation accurately.
