Job summary

Seminole Care & Rehab in Oklahoma is seeking LPNs and RNs for full-time weekend doubles. Work 7:00 am - 11:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, two consecutive 16-hour shifts to qualify for the Baylor program.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on for LPNs and $5,000 for RNs, Baylor pay, shift differential pay, PTO after 30 days, plus tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year and a 401(k) with company match. Join our team delivering quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Oklahoma.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing.
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders.
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications.
• Administers medications.
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents.
• Documents that treatment as required.
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
