Job summary

Porters Neck Village RCC in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Saturday night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am) in a clinic setting within our independent living community. Compensation ranges from $27 to $30.50 per hour, with additional benefits such as free continuing competency offerings accredited by ANCC and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in North Carolina.
• Current AHA CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the nurse call system and respond promptly.
• Provide clinical care including first aid, CPR, medication administration, vital signs, and more.
• Assist with direct resident care as needed.
• Document all clinic visits and emergency situations accurately.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Respond to emergencies (fire, power outage, natural disasters, etc.).
• Escort residents as needed (may require driving a company vehicle).
