Job summary

MGA Homecare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for pediatric and adult care. Under limited supervision, the LPN/LVN delivers patient care following nursing processes in accordance with laws and facility standards.

Responsibilities include documenting clinical notes, adhering to MGA policies, and completing care plans on schedule. Must have an active nursing license and meet state residency requirements.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (state of residency required).
• CPR certification as per agency policy.
• TB test or Chest X-ray documentation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible, organized, and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documentation/ charting of clinical notes, supplemental physician orders and nursing care plan.
• MGA policies, procedures and Handbook are adhered to.
• Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete work within designated time.
