Merakey is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Season's residential LTSR program in Chestnut Hill, PA. The role is scheduled for every other Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with a pay rate of $32.78 per hour.

The LPN will perform assessments, MAR reviews, and nursing notes, ensuring compliant care for residents. Responsibilities include administering medications per prescriber orders, engaging with a team, and handling additional duties as assigned.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assessments of psychiatric and medical conditions for residents.
• Perform MAR reviews and administer medications per orders.
• Record nursing notes for each resident and document treatments.
• Participate in team processes and ensure compliance with job functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
