Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking licensed practical nurses to join a weekend schedule in Washington. This role requires a current Washington/Compact LPN license and offers a 1:1 caseload with flexible scheduling in home health settings.

You will administer medications, document care, and educate families while supporting a mission-driven team. Highlights include paid training, CEU opportunities, a personal tablet for charting, and online learning modules.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Washington/Compact is required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient’s nursing needs.
