Job summary

White Oak Manor York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our weekend team on a part-time basis (7pm–11pm). You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care in a respectful, home-like setting.

Lead and mentor CNAs, collaborate with residents, families and physicians, and contribute to a stable, quality-focused environment. We offer weekend shift differentials, PTO after 90 days, holiday premium pay, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Current SC LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with residents, families, staff and physicians.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
