NATIONAL HEALTH - WHITE OAK LLC in York, SC is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our weekend care team. You will assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and deliver compassionate clinical care.

You will lead and mentor CNAs, collaborate with residents, families and physicians, and help ensure consistent, person-centered care across shifts. Weekend availability and 12-hour shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
