White Oak Manor York in York, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our weekend team. The role involves assessing resident needs, supporting care plan implementation, and delivering compassionate clinical care.

You will lead and mentor CNAs, helping the team provide consistent, person-centered care daily. A current SC LPN license and a compassionate, patient-focused mindset are required, with long-term care experience preferred but not mandatory.
