Job summary
RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend, full-time hours in Murfreesboro, TN. The LPN provides holistic nursing care, supports the RN, administers medications, and helps coordinate health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and strong communication with the care team. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6am–10pm, onsite with competitive hourly compensation
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program with current license.
- Current, unrestricted LPN license.
- CPR certification or eligibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and families.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services.
- Administer medications and treatments or assist with medication administration.
- Assist with scheduling preventative and routine medical appointments; conduct medication close assessments.
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and the Interdisciplinary Team; advocate for people supported.
