Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a weekend option LPN to join our team at Bethany Village Assisted Living in Indianapolis, IN. The role runs Saturday and Sunday from 7a to 11p, providing essential nursing care and resident documentation.

The LPN will promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, collaborate with the care team, and uphold our CARE values in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend LPN care to residents scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays (7a–11p).
• Document changes in residents’ conditions accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through effective communication.
