Job summary

American Senior Communities is hiring a weekend option LPN at Bethany Village Assisted Living in Indianapolis. This full-time position covers Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.

As an LPN, you will use your skills to monitor resident conditions, administer medications, document changes, and work closely with nursing and facility teams to ensure safety and comfort while upholding the CARE values of Compassion,

Qualifications

• Current and valid Indiana LPN license.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
