Qualifications

• LPN certification and current PA license.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a weekend schedule, including vitals and patient assessments.
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered, including injections and ECGs.
• Develop individualized care plans and document care activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Support compassionate, patient-centered care.
