Job summary

Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, located in Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Baylor (LPN) to join our Baylor Unit. The 7pm-7am shift offers weekend coverage and a chance to provide compassionate patient care with a stable team.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, document accurately, assist with medications, and support safety and dignity for all residents.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania (PA).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents with complex medical conditions.
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient information accurately and timely per regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Prioritize safety, dignity, and respectful care for residents and colleagues.
