Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, personalized care for residents.
• Administer medications, change bandages, and collect specimens.
• Take vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Monitor and report any change in resident condition.
• Record and update patient history accurately.
• Encourage social interaction to support emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with the care team and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Foster a safe and thriving environment for residents.
