Anchor Care Rehabilitation and Care in Hazlet, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend shifts (every or every other weekend). This role offers up to $40 per hour and a supportive, professional team.

You will administer medications, follow individualized care plans, document clinical observations, and uphold resident rights under HIPAA. An NJ LPN license and SNF experience are preferred; join us for a compassionate, long‑term care environment with a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• SNF experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility regulations
• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver top-quality care
• Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Follow personalized care plans for each resident
• Perform wound care, treatments, and necessary procedures
• Accurately document all clinical observations and interventions
• Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
