Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident status
• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment; uphold resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
