Anchor Care Rehabilitation and Care in Hazlet, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend shifts (Every or Every Other Weekend). This role offers up to $40/hour and a supportive team environment dedicated to resident care.

You will administer medications, follow care plans, document observations, and collaborate with the DON and nursing team to ensure top-quality, respectful care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to resident care, safety, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver top-quality care.
• Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Follow personalized care plans for each resident.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and necessary procedures.
• Accurately document all clinical observations and interventions.
• Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.
