Job summary

River Crossing Rehab & Healthcare Center in Missouri is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing community.

Join our active team with flexible 8- or 16-hour shifts. New graduates are welcome, with pay rate at $37–$38 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package to support you and our residents.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.

• Strong communication with RN/physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage for well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collect and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vital signs (BP, HR, temperature, etc.).
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician.
