Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Weekend LPN to join our clinical team. The LPN will provide high-quality resident care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with RNs and physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Missouri LPN license.
• Weekend availability and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize for emotional and mental well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Record patient history and maintain up-to-date data.
• Take vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, etc.) and report to supervising RN/physician.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in their activities of daily living
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
