Job summary

Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Brick Township, New Jersey, is seeking a Weekend LPN to join our 174-bed center. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs and participate in care planning.

You will develop individualized care plans, communicate with residents and families, and contribute to thorough handovers while maintaining accurate records in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience providing direct patient care in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans and document care.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and healthcare team members.
