CTDI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to lead a team, supervise goods movement, and optimize inventory accuracy. The role supports distribution strategies, KPI achievement, and reporting to management and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• 2+ years of logistics experience including inventory management.
• Experience with warehouse distribution equipment.
• Strong records maintenance and reporting discipline.
• Ability to plan strategically and analyze trends.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal communication.
• Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team responsible for monitoring goods movement and inventory levels.
• Help implement warehousing, distribution and inventory strategies.
• Generate and analyze customer and internal reports for trends.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and SLAs.
• Provide training on procedures and processes.
• Draft action plans to improve efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with management and customers to resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and deliver accurate reporting.
• Engage in employee relations and resolve concerns.
• Assist in P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Operate and train on PIT equipment.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize the supply chain.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and policies are followed.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
