Fox TV Stations' LiveNOW from FOX is seeking a Weekend Host/Producer to join its national live streaming news offering. As the Weekend Host/Producer, you will host live, on-air coverage and drive viewer engagement while supporting other hosts behind the scenes.

This role blends in-front-of-camera hosting with behind-the-scenes editorial planning, researching stories, booking guests, and coordinating interviews for developing events. Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours as news demands.

Qualifications

Experience and ability to host live news coverage clearly and confidently.
Ability to plan, research, and book guests for developing stories.
Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Gather, produce, and present live coverage of breaking news and major events across digital, streaming, social, and broadcast platforms.
Host live streams, guiding viewers through developing stories in a clear, engaging, and informative manner.
Research, plan, and build editorial coverage, including booking guests and preparing for upcoming events.
Manage live video production elements including switching, graphics, and stream execution.
Monitor live feeds, wires, social media, and newsgathering tools to identify breaking news.
Execute and evolve the editorial plan with calendars and coordinated coverage.
Collaborate with FOX O&O stations and partners to source live video and content.
Pitch story ideas and contribute to editorial decisions while upholding standards.
Monitor analytics to inform coverage decisions and optimize performance.
Support teammates across roles, including on-air or behind the scenes as needed.
