Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a Life Skills Professional for a weekend part-time role (Sat/Sun, 8am-8pm) to support participants in developing life and recovery skills.

The position reports to the Site Supervisor and requires interaction across shifts to promote skill-building and safety. The role involves crisis intervention, group facilitation, and documentation of daily activities in line with the Recovery Model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in the social service field preferred.
• Must possess a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interact with participants to support daily living and recovery throughout shift.
• Facilitate and document psychotherapy groups and activities per monthly calendar.
• Intervene in crises and document critical incidents accurately.
