Quail Park of Lynnwood is searching for a Life Engagement Assistant | Driver to enhance our residents' quality of life. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Senior Living industry, ensuring our residents receive holistic care tailored to their social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience in a senior living environment or social activity leadership.
• CNA certification or previous elderly care experience preferred.
• Must meet health-related licensure requirements.
• Current CPR/First Aid credentials preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing scheduled resident activities.
• Plan and coordinate various social events and outings.
• Act as a role model for communication and behavior strategies.
• Ensure resident activities occur according to schedule.
• Assist in recruiting and training volunteers for activities.
