ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner, invites a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our adult neurorehabilitation team in Malvern and/or West Chester, PA. This part-time role supports Saturday and/or Sunday shifts from 7am to 3pm, under RN supervision.
The LPN will provide hands-on nursing care, participate in assessments, educate clients and families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the LPN plays a vital role in delivering evidence-based preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care to assigned clients. In this role, you will provide direct hands-on nursing, facilitate health and wellness training for clients and their families, and collaborate closely with team members to promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.
