Insite Property Solutions in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Community Ambassador) to support leasing across the portfolio. You will tour prospects, lease apartments, handle follow-ups, and coordinate move-ins.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential/multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• 4-year degree or related coursework preferred; High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects, lease apartments, and follow up with prospects.
• Be familiar with all marketing aspects of the property including unit details, rent rates, and move-in dates.
• Inspect property and model units daily to ensure showable and rentable condition.
• Organize and execute lease renewal process.
• Maintain and adhere to Lease Expiration Management Program.
• Support residents with payments, maintenance requests, and property policies.
• Observe Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity Employment, and Landlord Tenant Laws.
• Verify that rental applications are properly completed, signed, and processed timely.
• Complete daily reports, traffic reports, market surveys, and apartment status reports.
• Perform new home orientations and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Create new Resident Files, Rental Agreements, and complete all related paperwork.

The ideal candidate has prior leasing consultant experience or has worked in sales previously. Our Leasing Consultants must have excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel promptly and efficiently throughout the portfolio, including working at multiple communities in a single day as needed to support operational needs

Compensation

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (new hire starting range: new hires typically start between $20.00-23.00 per hour). The placement within the range is based on factors such as prior experience, education/training, and work performance.
• Leasing Bonuses: $200 per move-in
• Retention Bonus

90-Day Introductory Period

We use a 90-day introductory period to help new team members get oriented, learn the role, and build confidence in their work. This time allows for training, feedback, and mutual alignment on expectations. New employees are eligible for a $500 bonus upon successful completion of the introductory period, based on demonstrated proficiency and performance in the role. At the end of the introductory period, we evaluate progress and fit to determine next steps.

Schedule

• 8 Hour Shift
• Weekends Required
• Schedule will be 9 am-6 pm. Days off: Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday. Days off are subject to change based on business needs, but will consistently be 2 consecutive days off.
