Job summary

Insite Property Solutions in Bothell, WA is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant (Community Ambassador) to provide weekend leasing support at our apartment communities. The role requires leasing or sales experience, excellent customer service, and strong time management to handle busy weekend showings.

You will tour prospects, explain unit availability, maintain renewal programs, and assist residents with payments and policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential/multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 4-year degree or related coursework preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, motivated, professional.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects, lease apartments, and follow up with prospects.
• Be familiar with all marketing aspects of the property including full knowledge of all available units, their current condition, rent rates and available move-in dates.
• Inspect property and model/vacant units daily to ensure optimum showable and rentable condition.
• Organize and implement Lease Renewal Program.
• Maintain and adhere to Lease Expiration Management Program.
• Support residents with payments, maintenance requests, and property policies.
• Observe and follow all Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity Employment, and Landlord Tenant Laws.
• Verify all rental applications are correctly completed, signed, and processed timely.
• Complete daily/weekly reports, traffic reports, market surveys and apartment status reports.
• Perform new home orientations and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Create new Resident Files, new Rental Agreements, and complete all other applicable paperwork associated with new residents.

We manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties and are looking for a part-time Leasing Consultant (Community Ambassador) to provide leasing support on the weekends at our apartment communities in Bothell, WA.

The ideal candidate has prior leasing consultant experience or has worked in sales previously. Our Leasing Consultants must have excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (new hire starting range: new hires typically start between $20.00-23.00 per hour). The placement within the range is based on factors such as prior experience, education/training, and work performance.
• Leasing Bonuses: $200 per move-in

90‑Day Introductory Period

We use a 90‑day introductory period to help new team members get oriented, learn the role, and build confidence in their work. This time allows for training, feedback, and mutual alignment on expectations. At the end of the introductory period, we evaluate progress and fit to determine next steps.

• Accrues Paid Sick Leave 1 hour for every 40 hours worked

Schedule

• 8‑hour shift, 2 days per week.
• Schedule will be Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 6pm.

Work Location

• In‑person at the communities in our portfolio in Bothell.
