Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Sunday Laundry Attendant to support our Heart of the House team. You will operate washers and dryers, sort linens, and ensure every item meets our high cleanliness standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

This role requires reliability, the ability to work independently or in a team, and the physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend shifts are included, and full-time benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
