Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a Laundry Attendant to support our Housekeeping team. You will operate washers and dryers, inspect linens, and help maintain clean, organized work areas in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, and safety procedures are followed to ensure high cleanliness standards across properties.

Formación

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Reliable and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment with correct chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens by fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items.
• Load/unload machines, set cycles, ensure items meet cleanliness standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and clean equipment regularly.
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond to team/guest needs promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
