Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and job orders.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser cutting equipment per job specs and production needs.
• Review orders, drawings, and specs to ensure correct setup.
• Load/position materials and verify machine settings before and during production.
• Monitor operation and adjust to maintain part quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts with measuring tools to meet specs.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment, material, and quality issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
• Complete production, quality, and machine documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate concerns to team members and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement for safety, quality, productivity.
