Job summary

Benchmade in Oregon City is hiring a Laser Mark Technician for a weekend schedule (3/12s), Friday through Sunday from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM. You will operate, maintain and troubleshoot laser marking equipment on finished goods and prepare orders for shipment.

Laser Mark Technician II will build on Tech I experience, engraving personalized warranty orders and collaborating with the engineering team on process improvements, while providing strong service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years laser marking experience required.
• Ability to communicate with internal customers and maintain attention to detail.
• Flexible attitude and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot laser mark equipment to fulfill daily orders.
• Process and engrave personalized warranty orders and assist engineering with improvements.
• Inspect products for defects and prepare shipments to customers.
• Assist with warehousing, inventory and housekeeping duties.
