Job summary

Greenworks is seeking an Inventory Specialist for weekends at the Spanish Springs Distribution Center. The role ensures inventory accuracy in SAP, conducts daily cycle counts, and resolves discrepancies.

Cross-functional teamwork with warehouse operations, planning, and finance is essential to maintain ERP accuracy. The position requires at least one year in a warehouse, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Understand OSHA safety rules for warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in SAP.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure bin-level accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and apply corrective actions.
• Generate reports on count accuracy and bin status.
• Store items orderly and inspect stock for wear or damage.
• Receive, count, and record stock data manually or digitally.
• Mark items with tags or labeling equipment.
• Verify inventory against physical counts and adjust as needed.
• Dispose of damaged or obsolete stock per process.
• Assist with disposal recommendations when appropriate.
• Determine proper storage methods and stock locations.
• Prepare items for use by adjusting, repairing, or assembling.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Support physical inventory audits and extra duties as required.
