Job summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking a weekend Inventory/Shipping Clerk to support the production floor with kit assembly, inventory control, and shipping tasks. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with planning, quality, and sales to move products efficiently, release work orders, and ensure on-time delivery. Forklift experience and ERP familiarity are pluses for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Ability to train on main shift before transitioning to second shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills to support product assembly and manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a warehouse/shipping environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read and understand a work order traveler packet.
• Release, print, and build kits for the production floor; induct parts into inventory and issue finished goods.
• Package shipments, process shipping labels, and drop off to shipping facilities as needed.
