Job summary

Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will help ensure shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely in a fast-paced, team environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 80 pounds. A high school diploma, English fluency, and willingness to work day shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with basic computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with warehouse or inventory systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic shipments.
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory; report discrepancies.
• Put away inventory and transfer between locations.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks and pallet stackers; use basic shipping software.
