Job summary

Foundry Treatment Center is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join the Detox and Residential Services team on weekends. This role greets clients, conducts intake, verifies documents, collects UA samples, and enters data into the EHR, ensuring compliance and safety.

The position is part-time on weekends with shift 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, located at Foundry Front Range in Broomfield, CO. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year in behavioral health; bilingual abilities are a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health, detox, or residential treatment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive clients for detox and residential admission.
• Complete intake procedures: gather IDs, insurance docs, and consent forms.
• Perform client searches and secure personal belongings per policy.
• Administer urine analysis screenings and document results.
• Enter client data into the EHR promptly and accurately.
• Communicate admission status to Milieu Manager and clinical teams.
• Maintain safe, professional, and confidential interactions with clients.
• Ensure intake area is clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Support BHT and Milieu teams with shift coverage and monitoring.
