Job summary

NRT | Foundry Treatment Center in Westminster, CO, seeks an Intake Coordinator for Detox and Residential Services on weekends. This part-time role handles admissions, UA testing, and documentation, collaborating with clinical and operations staff to ensure safe, respectful processing.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in behavioral health, and strong communication and confidentiality. Schedule Sat-Sun 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health, detox, or residential treatment.
• Experience performing UA testing, client searches, or admissions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; CAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive clients upon arrival for detox and residential admission.
• Complete all intake procedures and gather required documentation.
• Review intake forms and consent paperwork.
• Conduct client searches and secure belongings per policy.
• Administer UA screenings and document results accurately.
• Enter client data into the EHR system promptly and accurately.
• Communicate admission status to Milieu Manager, Medical and Clinical teams.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and confidentiality in crises.
• Ensure intake area remains clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Support BHT and Milieu teams with shift coverage and monitoring.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to laws and accreditation standards.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.
