Job summary

Foundry Front Range is seeking an Intake Coordinator for detox and residential services. The role leads clients from arrival through orientation, coordinating with clinical, medical, and operations staff to ensure a safe and smooth transition into care.

Responsibilities include completing intake, conducting UA screenings, entering data in the EHR, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced setting. Located in Broomfield, CO with potential for varied evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in behavioral health, detox, or residential treatment.
• Experience with UA testing, client searches, or admissions.
• BHT experience preferred.
• CAT preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive clients upon arrival for detox and residential admission.
• Complete intake procedures: gather IDs, insurance, and documentation.
• Review forms and secure consent paperwork.
• Conduct client searches and secure belongings per policy.
• Administer UA screenings and document results.
• Enter client data into the EHR promptly and accurately.
• Communicate admission status to Milieu Manager and teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in high-stress situations.
• Support shift coverage and client monitoring as directed.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and policy standards.
