Job summary
MD Staff Pointe is assisting a client in Western Arkansas with Cardiology Interventional locum tenens coverage. The assignment involves inpatient care, weekend scheduling, and emergent STEMI coverage within a 345-bed hospital.
Licensed AR physicians with board certification and ACLS/ATLS/BLS credentials are preferred; travel, malpractice, and credentialing are provided by MD Staff Pointe.
Qualifications
- Active AR medical license is required.
- Board Certification in Cardiology preferred.
- Acceptable certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS.
Responsibilities
- Provide interventional cardiology locum coverage.
- Weekend coverage with in-hospital on-call for STEMI cases.
- Inpatient-only practice setting with EPIC EMR.
