Weatherby Healthcare in Fort Smith, Arkansas seeks a locum tenens interventional cardiologist to cover inpatient and lab duties weekday hours and weekend shifts. Qualifications

• Night call M-F with beeper and 20-minute response time.
• Inpatient and lab coverage 7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and lab coverage as scheduled.
• Support interventional cardiology services including PTCA, stents, and caths.
• Interpret echocardiograms and participate in STEMI management.
• Cover weekend shifts as assigned and manage beeper call.

• M-F 7 am - 5 pm -- inpatient and lab coverage required
• Weekend coverage -- 2 locums Sat/Sun day shifts

• 30 - 40 total inpatient patients per shift
• Inpatient hospital setting -- interventional cardiology coverage
