Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Care to cover weekend rotations. The RN provides professional nursing care under Medicare-certified home care guidelines, develops and supervises individualized care plans, and monitors residents' health status in collaboration with physicians and family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience as an RN.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per plan of care and nursing standards.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and physicians.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in health status to the care team.
