Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Robstown, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. This private duty nursing role supports pediatric and adult patients in home care with compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component); Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per patient care plans.
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to ensure quality care.
• Document care activities using the tablet in each patient’s home.
