Southern Healthcare Solutions is seeking caregivers to provide personal care and homemaker services in clients' homes. Weekend shifts are available and require valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; background checks and drug screening are mandatory.

Caregivers assist with activities of daily living, maintain a safe home, and support clients and families with compassionate care while documenting care provided and reporting any changes to supervisors.

Qualificações

• Speaks, writes, reads, and comprehends oral and written instruction.
• Able to lift, push, and pull light to moderate loads.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patient with activities of daily living: bathing, hygiene, ambulation, transferring, dressing, toileting.
• Maintain a safe and healthful home environment.
• Run errands for the client.
• Meal preparation and menu planning.
• Household management tasks.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care.
• Maintain competency and skills.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisor promptly.
• Follow OSHA universal precautions and agency procedures.
• Attend continuing education yearly.
• Document all patient activities in a timely manner.
