Job summary

TheKey is seeking caregivers in Richmond, CA to provide in-home care for aging adults. A valid driver’s license and own insured vehicle are required. The role offers weekend shifts with full-time and part-time options, competitive hourly pay, and supportive local management.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, driving clients to appointments, and providing companionship to promote comfort and independence in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.
