Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares procedure rooms and coordinates patient arrival to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assists in preparing patients for exams and explains basic procedures.
• Verifies physician orders and retrieves them from EPIC, Chartview, and Powerchart.
• Monitors patient flow and communicates delays to coordinators and staff.
• Operates scheduling systems (Radnet) and manages supply stock to keep rooms ready.
• Documents safety checks and maintains clean, organized work areas.
• Assists with transporting patients and handling outside films as needed.
• Follows clinicians' directions to support imaging exams.
