Northwestern Medicine is expanding its Emergency Department and is seeking passionate Radiology Technologists to provide exceptional patient care.

This part-time role requires candidates to work 20 hours per week, primarily on weekends, ensuring a positive patient experience while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.

Qualified individuals must possess an accredited Radiology Technologist Program certification, ARRT Radiography, IEMA Accreditation, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification is required.
• Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Accreditation is required.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for patient safety throughout the imaging process.
• Produces diagnostic-quality images using approved protocols.
• Applies professional judgment to optimize image quality.
• Administers contrast and monitors patients as needed.
• Documents all relevant information accurately.
