Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Illinois, Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in high‑acuity ICU settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex assessments and diagnoses.
• Identify and monitor outcomes for care plans.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using critical thinking and evidence‑based practice.
• Provide high‑intensity therapies with continuous nursing surveillance.
• Adhere to ANA Professional Practice Standards.
• Participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement.
